Chief use: as nosings on steel-pan stairs. It can also be used structurally with bent-plate risers.

Type 102 is provided in  ALUMOGRIT® (cast aluminum). Its chief use is as nosings on steel-pan stairs. It can also be used structurally with bent-plate risers. Type 102 can be 3″, 4″, or 6″ wide and 5/16″ thick (other widths and thicknesses may be possible – please consult factory). Lengths are made to order. Maximum length is 8’6″  (lengths over maximum will be made in equal sections).

Provided with concealed integral anchors (wet concrete), drilled and countersunk holes for wing anchors (wet concrete), tapcon screws (existing concrete), or stainless steel wood screws. If existing concrete or wood, the nosing must be installed flush with the walking surface.
